FIRST SAMPLE DESIGN

Mass production is preceded by the development and approval of a prototype sample. You can prepare detailed documents for us, but we can also make a prototype from a simple sketch, information of dimensions and examples of materials. The cost of developing and producing a sample is $200 and it takes approximately 14 days to produce and deliver first sample. After the first sample is delivered, we can continue to make adjustments until you are satisfied with the final sample.

SCATCH

All we need to start working on the prototype sample is just your vision, simple drawing, overall dimensions and basic idea of the materials the plush toy should be made from. Of course, the more information you give us, the better. If you don't know where to start, it is always good idea to be inspired by plush toys available in the nearest toy store.

FIRST PROTOTYPE

We will design and delivery the first prototype to you ussualy within 14 days. We might also prepare several samples, made of different materials or with a slightly different design, so that you have the option of choosing and imagining how your plush toy will look in a different design. In this stage you will be able to have clear idea of how you want your plush toy to be.

TUNING

We will make further adjustments to the sample according to your final specifications in order to achieve your maximum satisfaction.

FINAL SAMPLE

We will develop a final pre-production sample that will be used as a template for mass production and also sample for quality control check.
